In our classes, we will explore:

2 . Recognizing emotions in oneself and others ( 5 lessons)

3. Understanding the causes and consequences of emotions ( 5 lessons)

4.Labeling your emotions accurately ( take a quiz)

5. Help me to express my emotions ( 2 lessons)

6. Regulating your emotions (2 lessons)

Class Schedule:

  • Saturday, 10 am – 11 am (Grade 2-4)
  • Saturday, 3 pm – 4 pm (PreK-5)

Following the first training session, you have a three-day period to request a prorated refund by submitting a written document. However, it’s important to be aware that after three days from the first training session, the payment becomes non-refundable, and no further refunds will be issued.
