Advance building mechanisms and coding, suitable for students finishing fundamental knowledge and want to learn more complicated building mechanisms and coding skills. At this level, 2 or more building modules or mechanical structures will be combined so the robot is able to finish 2 or 3 tasks (more complicated tasks) at a time. Advanced coding skills will be taught to support the complicated building mechanism. 2 or more sensors will be combined so the robot will be able to act more like a human. For example: distance sensor and optical sensor combined acting like a human’s eye to guide a robot to finish the task. (14 weeks)

1. Using Linear motion mechanism to build a hand sanitizer distributor, Touch LED sensor will be used to activate the distributor. Program of how to control the distributor will be introduced to students.

2. Flywheel and conveyor combined mechanical structural will be applied to build a pingpong shooter. 2 thread program skill will be introduced.

3. Scissor mechanical structure application with Linear motion.

4. H drive and X drive application and comparison with classical competition base

5. Worm gear mechanical structure application with candy distributor  

6. Parallel arm lifting system with rubber band tension mechanical application.

7. Turn Table and shooting system application.

8. Optical sensor application along with objects sorting system.

9. Ratchet mechanical structure application. 

10. Pawl application with disc distribution system

11. Pneumatic kit basic structure (applicable if everyone has their own pneumatic set)

12. Pneumatic kit program and its application in competition (applicable if everyone has their own pneumatic set)

13. Optical sensor, line following and counting program with base train.

14. Review of level 2 class.
