Cancel & Refund Policy
We recognize that unforeseen circumstances may arise, necessitating the cancellation of a camp booking. The following policy governs cancellations and refunds for our services:
• Full Refund: If you cancel your camp booking three or more weeks before the camp start date, you will be eligible for a full refund.
• Credit Refund: If you cancel within three weeks of the camp start date, we will provide a refund in the form of UStar credit, which can be used towards other tuition fees.
• No Refund: Please note that once the camp has commenced, no refunds will be provided.
We reserve the right to modify or amend this policy at any time, and any changes will be posted on our website. By booking a camp with us, you agree to be bound by this policy and any modifications thereof.
