Mondays and Fridays

Mondays and Fridays might seem the same as they are both weekdays where you must go to work or school, but they really are not. On Mondays, you must return to work after a weekend. This is difficult because you just had two days off, which means your body is not used to waking up early and sleeping late. On Fridays, you tend to feel happier because when you get out of bed as you have been doing for the past week, you are used to it. Also, on Fridays, you can decide when to go to bed. You can wake up late the next morning if you want. Morning mood is more of a mental than a physical thing. If you anticipate the day ahead, then you are more likely to complete all your tasks and do what you want to do. For example, on a Monday, you might wake up and realize you cannot sleep too late, so you drag yourself out of bed and dread the work week ahead. But on a Friday, you might wake up and realize it’s your last workday for the week, so you spring out of bed and work efficiently to get everything done. This is also easier than on Mondays because most people have no work assigned on weekends. Therefore, many people enjoy Fridays a lot more than Mondays because they like to rest. Naturally so, because we all need rest.
