starting August, 2021. Here’s how it works.

• Finish one course including completion of two performance reports without kids withdrawing (due to complaints)   +$30

• Renewal rate reach 80% and up in six months +$150

• No absence last month +$20  

• Each unannounced absence   -$15

• No lateness last month  +$15    

• Each unannounced lateness -$5

• Refer a teacher once officially hired +$30

• Invite a student +$30

• Loyalty (taught a total 480 hours in six month) +$150  No submitting/grading homework up to two times in a month -$15
